A tranquil desert oasis
A dedicated nurse sought a tranquil oasis from her demanding work. The primary objective was to create a spa-like experience in her only bath and bring elements of nature back into the space.
Inspired by the warm hues of a desert sunset, the design embraces a palette that echoes the serene beauty of the landscape. The warm terracotta tile walls impart a sense of expansiveness. The luster of the brushed gold fixtures brings softness and allure, while a large frosted window was incorporated into the shower to enhance natural light.
To add storage without compromising the sense of openness, floating shelves were placed near the vanity, and an integrated recessed medicine cabinet was added to conceal all electronic devices of modern-day living. This thoughtful redesign not only elevates the function
